How we make them
Every hat is a 5 panel A-frame snapback in 100% cotton with a printed front design. Some carry hand placed rivets; others, like the eagle, run clean. Either way the detail work is done by hand, which is the reason we can't make thousands at a time.
Small batches, and we mean it
We produce in limited runs rather than filling a warehouse. Less waste, tighter quality control, and real attention on each colorway instead of churning out whatever sells.
It also means that when a batch is gone, it's gone. We don't restock and we don't redrop. If you see something you like, that's your window.
Why some hats are preorder
Most of what we make is preorder, and we say so clearly on every product page. Your order is what kicks off production, or finalizes it if the batch is already running. Preorder hats ship within 2-3 weeks. Anything marked ready to ship goes out within 1-2 business days.
We'd rather be straight with you about a three week wait than pretend we have a stockroom we don't have.
The satin bag
Every hat ships in a satin bag. Partly so it arrives in the shape it left in. Partly because a thing worth making is a thing worth packing properly.
