Track Your Order

Every order gets two emails: a confirmation the moment you order, and a separate email with tracking the moment your hat ships.

Where's my tracking email?

If you ordered a preorder item, tracking comes when the batch ships — within 2-3 weeks of your order, not right away. The confirmation email you got at checkout is not a shipping notification.

If you ordered a ready to ship item, it goes out within 1-2 business days of your order, and tracking follows as soon as it's on its way.

Check your spam folder before anything else. That's where most missing tracking emails turn out to be.

Tracking your package

All orders ship via USPS. Enter your tracking number at usps.com.

Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived

Check with neighbors, building staff, and your local post office first. Packages marked delivered often turn up within a day. If it can't be located, email us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
