When you order, you're reserving your hat from our current limited batch. We don't mass-produce or keep large stockrooms - each run is made intentionally, in smaller quantities, which means less waste and better quality control. Your order kicks off production (or finalizes it, if the batch is already in progress).

Your hat ships within 1-2 business days of being ordered. You'll get a confirmation email right away, and a separate email with tracking info the moment it's on its way.

No - once a batch sells out, that design/colorway is retired for good. If you see something you like, that's your window.

Once shipped, USPS standard delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping is free on all orders, via USPS.

Not right now. We ship within the United States only.

Check with neighbors, building staff and your local post office first. If it cannot be located, email us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

All sales are final unless the item arrives defective. Every piece is inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Within 7 days of delivery. Email us with your order number, a description of the defect and photos showing it.

No. If you receive a defective item you are refunded in full rather than exchanged.

One size. Every hat is a 5 panel A-frame snapback with an adjustable back, so there is no sizing decision to make.

100% cotton, 5 panel A-frame snapback, printed front design. Some colorways carry hand placed rivets.

Spot clean only, when needed. Never machine wash or tumble dry. Full detail on the hat care page.

Add four hats to one cart and the fourth comes off automatically at checkout, up to $50. It applies per order rather than accumulating over time.

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once a batch enters production we may not be able to make changes.
