Processing Time

We carry two kinds of items, and every product page states clearly which one you're buying.

Ready to ship. Orders go out within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

Preorder. Preorder items are made to order in a limited batch and ship within 2–3 weeks of your order. You'll get a confirmation email right away, and a separate email with tracking the moment it's on its way. Preorder ship windows are estimates, not guarantees — if a production run is delayed, we'll email you.

Where We Ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, USPS standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Once a package is in the carrier's possession, delivery is outside of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building staff, and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address. If a package is returned to us due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of reshipping the order.
